Since our founding, we have been determined to make an impact in the lives of young people and their families. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of services we offer. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Our Vision
Turning Interest Into Action
Our Vision is to make the difference in the lives of others whose lives have been impacted by trauma, mental health, generational familial issues, and underserved communities, one at a time, with the goal of teaching, inspiring and increasing the knowledge base of the population we serve. We will do this by enlightening, engaging, and encouraging them individually, and collectively through quality strength based, individualized service provision, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. Future Path for Future Leaders Program Pathways Offered
The Focus of Our Efforts is educate, encourage and empower the youth we work with to move forward, meet their goals and make new memories.
Pathway to College and Pathway to Career
Making a Difference
Through our Pathway to College and Pathway to Career we will work with identified youth aging out of the foster care system, youth with other system involvement, and youth identified by referral sources as needing support and guidance. Our team will help our youth meet their goals of not only going to college but graduating with supports in place. We will develop individual treatment plans, and conduct assessments with each youth to identify their needs and strategies to achieve the goal of continuing their education post high school.
Our Pathway to Career program will assist youth aging out of the foster care system, and other youth with system involvement who are seeking career opportunities directly out of high school. We will work with them to develop individualized treatment plans and conduct assessments to meet their needs and goals of obtaining employment.
School Based Pathway Program Promoting Health and Personal Development
Supporting in Educational Settings
Our efforts pertaining to this program involve working with identified at risk students in their schools. We will be providing them with life skills as well as adventure based counseling and community service opportunities. Our team will utilize fun, creative and approaches in working with youth, as well as develop innovative ways to implement them. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.
Pathway to Restorative Justice
Tackling the Issue
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our youth are better prepared to manage the challenging situations they find themselves in. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our youth to make a positive change and will deliver the support they need, when they need via individualized and group sessions.
Our Services Include the following:
GPS Monitoring and Supervised House Arrest Program for the Juvenile Court System
Pre- Adjudication Program
Post Adjudication Program
Community Service Opportunities and Adventure Based Counseling as well as Exposure Based Community Outings are offered for youth enrolled in our pre and post adjudication Groups.
Pathway to Healthy Youth and Families
Strengthening and Creating Healthy Vibrant Youth and Families
This programs is developed to work with families, youth, and system partners to develop and create healthy youth and families in our communities. Programs we offer are as follows:
Supervised Visitation Program for youth that are DHS involved.
Family Crisis and Safety Intervention Program.
Adoption Support Group for youth
Long Term Foster Care Support Group for youth.
Trainings for Youth, Parents, DHS Staff and System Partners that work with system involved youth and families.
